This spacious 4-bedroom , 2-bathroom home is perfectly designed for family gatherings and relaxation, complete with a private pool, game areas, children's play area, books, and comfortable living spaces.

The Space

Step into a bright and comfortable home equipped with central air conditioning and Wi-Fi to keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

LIVING & DINING Gather in the stylish living room around the gorgeous stone fireplace to watch a movie on the 65-inch flat-screen TV, with easy access to your Roku and Netflix accounts. The large, comfortable sectional couch, which also converts to a queen-size pull-out bed, offers plenty of seating for everyone. For more entertainment, you'll find a separate game table nook and a bureau filled with board games for a memorable family game night.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen flows into a large, elegant dining area that easily seats 10 people, perfect for sharing meals and making memories together.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Master Bedroom: A relaxing retreat featuring a king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower bench and dual sinks. This room also includes a walk-in closet with a small office desk space for any work needs.

Bedroom 2: Offers a peaceful view of the backyard with a king-sized convertible couch that turns into a trundle. Modern lighting and earth-tone furniture create a restful space.

Bedroom 3: Furnished with a king-sized convertible couch that also becomes a trundle, this room features the same warm, earth-tone decor and modern lighting.

Bedroom 4: A spacious room with a large window overlooking the street, a king-size bed, a closet, and side tables.

Second Bathroom: Includes a combination shower/tub and a vanity sink.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Step outside to your private, spacious screened-in heated pool, illuminated by charming string lights at dusk. Lounge on the many chairs, enjoy al fresco dining at the patio table, or have fun with the poolside basketball hoop and floating fountain lights. It's your own personal paradise.

Our home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We kindly ask that you help us maintain a tranquil environment by being respectful of our neighbors during your stay.

Getting Around
On-site parking is available for a maximum of two cars.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

You must be at least 25 years old to book.
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
No parties or events are permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside or outside on the property. A $300 fine will be assessed for violations.
No pets are allowed.
Please keep shoes off the furniture.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (e.g., feminine products, paper towels, Q-tips).
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Third-party bookings are not allowed. The person booking must be a guest.
Important Information

Pool Safety & Waiver: Your safety is our priority. Please be aware of the following:

All adult guests (18+) are required to sign our "Pool Liability Waiver" before check-in.
Pool uses an ELECTRIC pool heater and there are limitation on how warm it can get during colder temperatures.
It works in conjunction with pool pump which runs 11 AM to 7 PM daily.
Pool pump cannot be used throughout the night and cannot be altered in any way.
The pool is not childproofed and does not have a safety gate. The property may not be suitable for young children, and adult supervision is required at all times.
All children under 18 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult when in or near the pool area.
Keep the screen door to the pool enclosure closed and latched at all times.


Home & Security:

The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels to ensure quiet hours are respected. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For your security, there is a Ring doorbell and outdoor security cameras. Please do not tamper with any of these devices.
Please close and lock all windows and doors and turn off lights when you leave the house.
No open-flame candles are allowed. Battery-operated candles are permitted.
Family Amenities:

A high chair and a pack-and-play are available for your little ones. Please request them ahead of time so we can have them ready for your arrival.

Check-Out Instructions:

Leave used beds unmade.
Place used towels on top of the dryer.
Put used dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it).
Remove all food and beverages from the refrigerator.
Place trash bags in the brown bin and recyclables in the blue bin. If your stay includes a Tuesday night, please move the bins to the street for pickup and return them afterward.
