The house was absolutly perfect for our group and extended family! It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern, with every amenity we needed to feel at home. The two ensuite bedrooms in the main house were wonderful, and the studio apartment above the outbuilding made for a perfect private retreat.We enjoyed ocean views from all of the balconies, but the rooftop deck was truly unbeatable, offering stunning 360-degree views. We spent many evenings there enjoying sunset cocktails. The pool and hot tub were used almost daily and worked perfectly, even though the weather was chilly during our stay.The location was another highlight, with the beach being 1 1/2 blocks away and downtown Fernandina Beach only a five minute car ride. The property manager was also very responsive to the few questions we had. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.
