A wonderful stay
It was a wonderful stay. The place is very clean. Communication with owners was very good. The gym is a good addition. Could go for long walks. Many restaurants and bars and stores in the area. Great location. Will stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

UNF Tour / Area Tour
We came in town to tour UNF and learn the area. It was the perfect location as it is centralized and just 3 minutes from UNF. The condo is very clean, stocked well, and roomy. The coffee and creamer were a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property.

The perfect young professional work and study place
Jessica and Jordan were excellent hosts. Their beautiful property was exactly as posted, and just as nice, clean, and thoughtful as we hoped it would be. They went above and beyond our expectations in communication, directions, and assistance with any concerns. For example, there was not initially a trash can when we arrived and Jordan had one delivered immediately. Jessica gave me a call while she had a 24 hour shift and helped us out when the AC wasn’t working— had it fixed immediately. There are plenty of cooking tools, cleaning tools, and of course, nice furnishings and surroundings to relax and enjoy the day. I was there with a friend as a medical student studying. This apartment was quiet with the perfect amenities. The gym was clean and useable, the coffee machine was incredibly convenient, and the study rooms in the Clubhouse were perfect for hours of studying. The pool was clean and the leasing office people were also very kind. Neighbors weee nice as well, and the place is great to go on a run or walk— there is a trail about a mile to circle or can walk or run to a developing neighborhood a mile down the road. I would call our stay peaceful, clean, relaxing, and the perfect environment for any young professionals traveling on business, anyone looking for a clean and safe home in Jacksonville, a staycation, girls trip, or a study trip for anyone in medical school. I can’t recommend both Jessica and Jordan enough. Book with them now!!! Don’t look back. :)
