「No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay」

「Enough room for 4 people plus the couch, perfect location and view in Jaco, 2 minute walk to beach 11 minute drive to rainforest waterfall tour. J Good pools, enough space and home comforts. Good spot to explore the region and gated security.」
