The hotel sense of arrival has trash all around and is a heavy distractor. The staff training for service is non existent. Telephoned don’t work. Can’t order room service . The night manager was outstanding helped us out. I will not ever stay in this hotel again.

An average hotel. Check in was ok. Massive stain on a pillow covered with the pillow cover. Had to make a couple of call to get it changed. Staffing in the breakfast area was limited. There were more managers than floor staff.

The rooms were not comfortable- no towels in the room, the bathroom was not clean, the room had a weird smell. The wifi was not working and they kept telling us to wait 15 mins. The breakfast was horrible, and when we tried to get our own coffee from starbucks the front desk manager NIKITA made a whole scene about it and would not let us bring the coffee inside the hotel. No sense of customer service or logic behind anything! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. EVER!!

Room Bait and Switch
We had a Club Double sized bed in non-smoking booked. They tried to give us a club non-smoking two twin beds, or a club King smoking room. We ended up taking the two twin bed room, as that's better than a smoking room. Then after all of that, they couldn't find our passports and had to check their cameras to find where their employees put them. The manager brought us our passports back in about 30 minutes, I let him know that we were very disappointed and would have gone to another hotel if we had known they didn't have our room available. He asked us to wait a bit and he would see what he could do. While waiting, I checked the hotel's website and they still showed they had multiple double non-smoking rooms left. After waiting an hour the manager came back and showed us a club double sized room that was also non-smoking. So we moved over to the room type we actually booked about 2 hours after we checked into the hotel. The room wasn't the best quality, but out of the 3 rooms we were shown, it was the best one for us.

- We stayed with family and it was a nice place with great service - Swimming pool on the roof was good experience. Once it rained, so going in the pool in rain was awesome - Spa and massage services were good - Breakfast had lot of variety - Location of the hotel was good

Good location, well maintained, however I found the lighting in the room was inadequate and less lighting over dressing mirror, toiletries were only shampoo, body wash and moisturizer. No dental or shaving kit was there.

The hotel is s western style set up , having a central lift shaft an @25 ish rooms per floor. The rooms are quite and clean however the bathroom marble and grout joints have seen better days and will require renewal soon . Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Indian food . Staff were reasonable busy at this hotel , there is an “ Irish ☘️ pub next door “ which was handy .

Pleasant Stay at Hotel Ramada-Jaipur (India)
Good experience. Rooms are clean. Comfortable. Hotel service personnel are courteous. Breakfast is fine. Check In and Check Out were smooth. 2 hour extension beyond 12 noon for check out was provided without fuss. Our preference is for hotels which are minimalist, supremely efficient, minus the silly touristic frills. Following is my suggestion: The Hotel can keep a complimentary small basket of fruits (not elaborate, otherwise it gets wasted) and chocolates in the room.
