A beautiful hotel situated in Central Jakarta. The rooms were great, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and all the amenities were great and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again when traveling back to Jakarta

Bgor線のCikini駅から徒歩5分程度。スカルノハッタ空港から鉄道で簡単にアクセスできますし、コタ地区などの観光名所へも道路の渋滞を気にせずに出かけることができました。 ヒルトン関連ではカジュアルなブランドになるようですが、スタッフの応対は素晴らしく丁寧で、かつ、フレンドリー。朝食、夕食のビュッフェも見た目、美味しさ、ともに充分に楽しむことができました。部屋は広く、水回りも清潔だったのですが、周囲の部屋の話し声が気になったのが少し残念でした。

Good location and nice pool but don’t go there during holidays/long week end if it’s not a family trip. The hotel is packed with families enjoying the pool and if you are looking for a quiet time, not the place to go then. Otherwise nice place Breakfast not bad (but when too many people feels like a cafeteria).

Stayed here for six days after a month of backpacking Java. Relaxing here was truly a vacation within a vacation. Clean and spacious rooms, amazing breakfast buffet and restaurant and fantastic location to explore the city. But the best part was the staff. Every single employee was kind and extremely helpful. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. So ein tolles Frühstücksangebot haben wir bei unseren vielen Reisen in Asien noch nie geboten bekommen. So eine Vielfalt an Speisen: Alle Achtung! Da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der große und saubere Poolbereich lädt auch zum längeren Verweilen ein. Nun zum Personal: ALLE Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr nett, höflich und sind sehr sehr bemüht, den Hotelgästen einen wundervollen Hotelaufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

施設はいいですが、精算に問題有りでした

ジャカルタへの出張で3泊しました。周りにはショッピングモールやレストランなどがあまり無いので２食はホテルのビュッフェで取れて便利でした。ビュッフェは種類が豊富で良かったです。が、今回食事券付きというプランでしたがミールクーポンの様ではなく食事代からいくらか割引するというめんどくさいシステムで、２日目の割引がレシートに上がらない等チェックアウトの際にフロントと揉めました。なんとなく騙された感です。出張の精算のためお金の所はもっと明瞭にして欲しいです。
