Anara Airport Hotel

"We've used the Anara for over-night transit and early morning flights several times. The room was fine this time, but the fire alarm went off at 1am on the second floor and there was a lot of confussion with little support from the staff. One of the stairway doors was unavailable so people were all using one stairwell to exit. Once in the lobby they were taking room numbers, but there wasn't anyone available to provide information until we were all told we could return to our rooms. A scarry situation that could have been handled better. Their breakfast buffet is good, and opens at 2am, which is nice for early morning departures."

"Everything is ok, it's just a shame that the room facing the HI monument, the noise from the street still enters the room so it's a bit disturbing for people who are sensitive to sound when sleeping."

"The rooms have been clearly remodeled, very comfortable bed n bedding. The common areas feel a little worn but the furnishings are all new. The staff were wonderful everywhere, great massage but spa needs update as far as furnishings. Super convenient location for airport access. Certainly stay again."

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."
