The view is breath taking, the house has a lot of necessities supplied for guests for convenience. Easy check in and out process. Very nice place to unplug from everday life.

This property is fantastic and Brande is a great host. The views are spectacular. We wish we could have spent more time enjoying the beautiful home but we had a college football game to attend.

The house and view were spectacular. We were five couples and really enjoyed our stay. Host was very prompt answering my questions and the house was well stocked with necessities plus more. Great place for a group to have a little retreat. Only problem we had, and it was on us, was the driveway was definitely not motorcycle friendly.

Brande's property was an awesome choice. So happy with our stay. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning, all beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, very close to Shy Beaver dock and a short trip to the resort. Brande was also very easy to communicate with. The house was even more stocked than the listing mentioned (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Highly recommend and would definitely return for another stay!

The place was great, but it was listed as a short walk to the lake which was definitely not true. You’d have to drive at least 15 minutes for any lake access. Other than that, awesome spot!

Excellent property located on the western ridge of Raystown Lake. Amazing views of the lake and Marina. House was very clean and in wonderful condition. We had a great time and were able to fit 8 adults and 5 kids comfortably. Brande and Brent were very responsive when we needed anything. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed at this property near Raystown Lake for a long weekend with 3 families (6 adults plus 6 kids), and everyone had a wonderful time! The house was large and well organized, with a great kitchen and relaxing family room. The couches and chairs in the family room are awesome (tons of controls to recline, adjust lumbar support, etc). Bedrooms were comfortable, though beds were a little firm for our tastes. The view from this house is OUTSTANDING! I woke up every morning to watch the sunrise from the fire pit area, and it was glorious. With a group of 12 staying there for the weekend, I also LOVED the 36" Blackstone on the back patio - I used it for almost every meal! Perfect for pancakes, 'grilled' chicken, hot dogs, burgers - and so much faster to cook for a group. Perfect property for a vacation to Raystown Lake!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend reunion in this beautiful home. The view of the lake is astonishing, which we enjoyed from the multiple decks and from the patio with a fire pit (perfect for s’mores). Inside, there was plenty of open space to hang out, play games (including billiards on the full sized table and some exciting rounds of foosball), watch TV, and cook and eat in the well-equipped kitchen. Within a 20-30 minute drive there are lots of outdoor activities, including boat rentals and hiking. The host was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great, just the water issue that was noted was our only issue. The kids couldn’t shower so it frustrated my wife some but other then that it was a good time with family. Would go again!

We had a perfect weekend in this gorgeous house! All we wanted to do was be outside with that view. Inside had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts on the Blackstone were delicious! We all had plenty of space to spread out. The kids utilized the basement which left the adults with some peace and quiet everywhere else :) The fireworks viewed from the fire pit were the best way to end the weekend. We can't wait to book again!

We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a place large enough for extended family to stay. The house was huge, had fun games for the kids (Wii U, corn hole, fire pit for s’mores, pool table, foosball) as well as plenty of seating for the adults to spend time together. The only complaints I heard during the weekend about the house were that everyone needed more bath towel hooks and we wish we had known how long and steep the dirt road was leading to the property. All in all, those were things we could live with. A beautiful house with an amazing view.

I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. The house is absolutely fantastic with amazing views. I had a few questions for the owner and she got back to me right away, even on the day of check in. Book this house, you won't regret it.

We rented this house for my birthday weekend. Outstanding! The weather wasn’t very friendly, but we didn’t care because the house and the view were perfect for a relaxing getaway. We have stayed at many rental homes, but this was definitely the nicest yet. Literally everything you need is provided. We usually bring along a “kitchen bag” with foils, spices, oils, etc. We didn’t need any of that. The kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING, including an air fryer! The bed was comfortable, and so was the living room seating. The couches and chairs even have USB ports on the sides. And did I mention the view?! I highly recommend this home for anyone. It has plenty of room for a large family (or two!). The basement is an awesome retreat for the kids with a big game room. We are already talking about going back with our adult children, and their kids. We also appreciated the gifts waiting for us from our host: a few bags of delicious popcorn from Bedford Candies. Despite the poor weather, it was a perfect weekend. Thank you!
