“This place was above my expectations! Clean, simple yet beautiful decor, and I can’t begin to tell you how good I slept!! The neighborhood was super quiet and I felt safe enough to leave my 14 year old there while I did a quick grocery trip. Close to shops and the beach! Would definitely stay again! ”

“When booking our stay we thought we were renting an entire house only to find that we rented the top floor of a split level and the owners are permanent residences on the bottom floor. Quite hour was at 10 pm but due to the close proximity and how sound carried even playing a fun card game late at night prompted a reminder of the quite time rule. The house was clean and nicely decorated however, there was a serious issue with black ants in the bathroom. We only had access to the house not any of……

“We have never stayed in a rental that was as well supplied as this on. Jonathan was very generous with consumables, even purchasing a box of Girl Scout cookies to share with our visiting grandkids. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. It was a very comfortable stay in a low traffic neighborhood that was perfect for walking, and there were many stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Folly Beach was only 15 minutes away, although on our last day there the weather was beautiful……

“Hello My family and I were totally pleased with place and atmosphere. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be more on the rustic end. Turns out the owners did some major work inside, everything is plush, clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has every possible appliance a person or family would need. The living room, very comfortable and open. Bedrooms, just perfect. Outside, the place seems small. But inside there is plenty of room for up to 10 as advertised. The……
