“I was grateful that the heating worked as it was a cooler, rainy night and I had only one blanket on the bed. Couldn’t see much of the view until the morning when the clouds had cleared. I would have liked there to be some soap to wash my hands and didn’t go out or get my larger bag to find my soap.”

“My husband and I loved this lodge! We stayed in a private room and loved the quietness (we stayed midweek) and close access to everything.”

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“Murphy Lodge is close to town, easy walk into downtown Estes. We sat by fire pit (gas) last night and that was very nice and they have seating by the creek too. Pool was nice, hot tub could use some 'jet' repairs, only 2 of 4 seats had more than half working jets. Continental breakfast, we did eat at, looked over and it was very basic, yogurt, plain bagels, some cereal. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff - (desk guy) was helpful with lists of restaurants and trails in the park.”

“Hot tub and staff were wonderful. Difficult to cook because of the tiny space. Stairs leading up to the cabin are hard for the elderly.”
