"The hotel was immaculate. The staff incredibly attentive. Easy to move around between the mall and hotel. The only negative was that food in the hotel was extremely overpriced. "

"Ideal base to explore Hong Kong. 5 star accommodation and facilities. Staff extremelly helpful and friendly. Awesome dining within and in area around the hotel. Easy access to MTR makes anywhere in Hong Kong only a short trip away."
"The staff are super nice, we left phone on uber car and they spent hour helping us trying to reach the driver. Shawn and John Ami are awesome. Location is great, walking distance to every where, we booked a large room for 4 people and it’s very spacious. Highly recommend!"
"The service - top notch. Coming to the Mandaring and experiencing the perfect attention and service is what one should experience. In appearance it looks older and may not attract younger travellers. Once you understand where the true value is - you long to come back. I hear it is going to re-model. Let's hope they don't ruin the magic. Most of the time it is."
"Simply the best, I have been staying here every time I visit Hong Kong for nearly 15 years .
The location is ideal and close to everything you need.
Very friendly for families with kids or to a business trip.
The stuff is amazing and made us feel like the most important guest every time we stay.
Looking forward to our next stay next time we visit Hong Kong "
"We had a wonderful family trip to this hotel with our adult children and teenager. We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place."
