"Great hotel, not too big, large selection of food, great beach at low tide (though not directly next to the hotel), no shelter from strong winds on the beach (e.g. rocks), very friendly staff, nothing to do in the immediate vicinity (except surfing/kitesurfing)."

Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs."

The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power.
Food choice was limited as was the drinks at lunch and dinner, the waiters were polite and friendly unless you asked for a second drink, you couldn't self serve which was an inconvenience "
"The main kids pool was closed (and has been for 2 months). This pool was the reason why we booked this hotel.
It’s great for families with smaller children but gets very noisy at times.

"Lovely hotel in a great position. The staff were all very nice and helpful The food was excellent. The only thing to remember is the fact that men aren’t allowed to wear shorts or tracksuit bottoms at dinner. It’s not a big deal, but just remember to pack long trousers for your stay. "

"The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and courteous, eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent; varied, plentiful, tasty, and well presented and served. Where they fail is in the state of the facilities, a lack of maintenance, and neglect in the state of the walls, woodwork, and pool walls. They should take note and improve on this issue."
"Very nice and clean hotel. Only downside was I booked a room with a king bed but they gave us a room with 2 single beds. I did not complain but my mattress was ready to go to bin ! Husband’s was ok tho.

"Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see. "
"Not bad, rooms could be much cleaner. Dirty cups in the dining area on clean tables - kind of like when you overfill the dishwasher. But other then that it was fine."
" Check in very slow not sure what the problem was, the rooms are tired and need updating, food was ok nothing great and the drinks were awful poor quality, service behind the bar slow, a very large complex so people with mobility issues may have problems where sunbathing due to slopes, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10 realising you get what you pay for"
