"The hotel was pretty and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pools and beach were excellent, as was the food. The only area that could be improved compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at is the animation activities."

"Excellent séjour, personnel très aimable et attentionné (en particulier les jeunes à la réception), adorable attention pour mon anniversaire, très belle plage, animateurs sympas et dynamiques (bravo pour leur spectacle Grease et Greatest Showman), repas au top, piscine rafraîchissante et très agréable. "The front desk staff were very pleasant, but the breakfast staff were a bit rushed and unfriendly. The rooms were large, but very dated. Several things needed replaced and there was a sewer like smell in the bathroom. The breakfast had a large selection, but was disappointed that the hot breakfast did not provide "pork free" options because everything is cooked on the same grill. The pools were decent and not crowded, but the dry sauna and hot tub were not working and the wet sauna had a bad smell. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from a few shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel did not have water or beverages for sale, which was needed with the hot weather. I was not impressed with the area , but overall the stay was decent and safe."

"Fantastic hotel, large choice of food, pools were great for lounging or swimming. Drinks were very reasonable and options of different places to relax in. "

"Journey from airport long and windy. Didn’t like the mix up at check in and being given the wrong room for first night. No children’s entertainment on Sunday. Nice pool, lots of sunbeds nice food. Beautiful beach. "

"There were cockroaches in the outside snack bar restaurant that was ugly to see. Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs."

"Superb resort & hotel - it was my second stay in 3 years and it's been amazing again. The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. Incredible and restorative break - thank you to all staff for making it fantastic 👏 "
