“Stanza perfetta, personale gentile, cibo favoloso, posto magnifico. Unica nota negativa era la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina che non era per niente riscaldata e a confronto l’acqua dell‘oceano era più calda (che a fine novembre è tutto dire)”

“Struttura molto grande e molto ben organizzata. Abbiamo soggiornato nella sezione royal adult only in formula alla inclusive. Niente da eccepire. Buon cibo e ottimo servizio”

“Piscina riscaldata (coperta), cibo insomma, biliardo, giochi, campi per poter giocare (bocce, tennis, basket). Peccato in questi giorni (fine gennaio) c’erano lavori in corso intorno alla piscina, una parte era interdetta e l’odore della vernice durante i pasti (il ristorante è proprio lì) rendeva l’aria irrespirabile per mangiare all’aperto. Parti esterne curate, camere essenziali ma spaziose, tanti gatti per il villaggio (molto piaciuti ai bambini). Posizione strategica per le spiagge del sud ”

“Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant sollte aufmerksamer sein. Das Geschirr war oft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Tische waren länger nicht eingedeckt obwohl die Gäste warteten. Bei der 2.Eindeckung am Abend gab es zB keine Stoffservietten mehr. Einmal habe ich beobachtet, dass unbenutztes Besteck für die nächsten Gäste wieder verwendet wurde.”

“Das Zimmer war das super, wir waren bereits das zweite mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

“The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review. ”

“Die Rezeption ist leider ständig überfordert und man wartet ewig … Zimmer war OK und ein Upgrade bekommen… Abendessen vom Buffet leider alles andere als lecker und auch das Servicepersonal war leider eher unfreundlich … habe mir dann das Frühstück erspart … habe auch nur eine Nacht dort gebucht ”

“Not our best holiday by far, can’t put my finger on it But everyone & everything was hard work, felt constantly you were doing something wrong.. The bookings all had to be done on app, for breakfast / lunch / dinner had to be placed night before & if you want to change it omg, it was like I asked them to redecorate!!! You were left standing waiting for table for at least ten minutes , when the place was half empty..( I know they were under staffed ) but I have cancer & a walking stick , which……

“Journey from airport long and windy. Didn’t like the mix up at check in and being given the wrong room for first night. No children’s entertainment on Sunday. Nice pool, lots of sunbeds nice food. Beautiful beach. ”

“We have visited this hotel a few times. It is centrally located with great access to the main strip and buses to connect with other parts of the island. We have hired cars on some occasions but parking can be a bit of an issue - especially on market day when part of the main carpark is taken over by the market. There is a lovely, wide, white sandy beach just across the road and it is possible to walk to the ‘old town’ either along the beach itself or via the coastal footpath which overlooks the……
