“Apartments are spacious and well appointed. Newly refurbished bathrooms were great and everything was very clean. Dishwasher and washing machine so useful. Loved the private outdoor space and comfortable loungers and chairs. Pools were heated and large. Pool bar was friendly. We loved it!”

“Room was excellent. Beautifully cleaned every day. Breakfast fantastic and plentiful. Pool lovely and great aqua fit fun class ! Bit chilly but soon warmed up. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Waiters / waitresses lovely. Overall a great hotel and would highly recommend. ”

“The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level ”

“Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again.”

“Very clean rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Lovely ladies that cleaned and kept everything nice. Close to beaches, shopping and adventures. ”

“Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in……
