“Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again.”

“Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but during our short stay we found the room beautiful, large bedroom, separate seating/tv lining area, fabulous bathroom and lovely outdoor patio area. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Everywhere was spotless and staff at reception was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer visit. ”

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Service und einer unfassbar schönen Anlage zwischenden Gebäuden. Tolle Lage direkt am Hafen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: auf vegane Ernährung sind die Restaurants nicht gut eingestellt. Da wird die Auswahl sehr schnell sehr einseitig. Aber trotzdem, verdiente 5 von 5 Sterne und ein Dankeschön für einen tollen Urlaub. ”

“Lovely apartments, with everything you need. Lovely big patio areas. Nice and quiet and no need to get up early for a sunbed. The grounds are well kept and clean. Will definately look at coming back here again in the future. ”
