"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"Our second stay at the villa, and again it didn't disappoint. Comfortable two bed villa, with a well appointed kitchen for those evenings when you want to cook at home and sit relaxing in the warm evenings. Oven and hob worked well. A new supermarket is a 5 minute walk nearby and has everything you need. The roof terrace is a great place to sunbathe, and has a covered area to sit out of the sun. The walk-in shower was a bonus with powerful hot water. We will definitely stay again."

"We stayed for 7 days and the location was beautiful but we would recommend hiring a car to get around as most things are a short drive away … The Spa was great we used it everyday and treated this holiday as a relaxing getaway … "

"Poolside sunbeds need replacing, most were overstrectched uncomfortable and dirty. Room was fine no complaints. Staff always helpful. Pool bar okay offered everthing you asked for. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average. "

"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."

"We have stayed in this wonderful villa before, which says it all. The villa was spotless, well equipped and convenient for the nearby shops and restaurants. It is in a quiet location with the most fantastic sea view. We'll definitely be back. "
