“Gorgeous hotel, on arrival we had free glass of wine we also were treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room. We also got an unexpected room upgrade for free which was lovely. The pool area was beautiful. Hotel vibe was really really nice. My only comments would be inside the pool there was some green markings from where the water sits. This could be a bit better and the food options on an evening could also be improved but other than that the hotel was beautiful. The location was……

“Another gorgeous week at the hotel - rooms again were spotless, staff always helpful and the Horizon Club pool fabulous. Location is perfect with so many choices of restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast spot on with a great choice of food - nice to have a freshly made crepe each morning!!! The only thing I would ask is that the restaurants cater better for vegetarians - the only night we ate at the hotel (we generally like to eat out) the only option was a veggie burger but it was one……

“Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in……

“Es un lugar donde no volvería, el alojamiento mediocre con unos muebles antiguos, la mesa del salon estaba que no se podía mover porque se rompia, pocas cosas en la cocina que son basicas, tienen un tendedero en un espacio de una mini terraza pero no tienen lavadora, lo peor me desapareció la tarjeta de crédito en mi habitación y lo comente en recepción y me dijeron que lo comunicariarn a dirección y no he recibido ni siquiera una llamada al respecto, pasotismo maximo. ”
