「The experience was so unreal, Edgar, Fredy, Irvin, Jose, Sheyla, Daniel, literally everyone were AMAZING. I have visited a lot of countries and this was by far the best experience was staying here. They are so attentive to EVERYTHING it’s so much. Would give it 10 stars if I could 」

「Out hotel stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff was amazing to meet anny of our needs, and our room was nice and clean. Really great location in Cusco as well. The only complaint is the bathroom did not have very good ventilation, so it stayed humid and steamy for a long time. Otherwise everything was perfect! 」

「Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. 「Ive traveled quite a bit for work and vacations all over the work and I think this maybe best hotel I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING superb- everyone looking out for guests. The facilities are historic but so beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal.」

It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.」

「We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great 」

「Very close to main city square and just down from Marriott so that tells you the neighborhood. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Held my suitcase while I was on my 5-day trek. Allowed me wait in lobby for 3-hours after check-out until my tour company was to pick me up. 」
