Lux Villa Serene is located in Rovanjska, a small tourist resort in the municipality of Jasenice in Zadar County. It offers visitors a peaceful and pleasant family vacation. Along almost the entire coast of Rovanjska there is a well-maintained pebble and concrete beach, which is especially attractive because it is never too crowded. Additional tourist offers are complemented by several markets, restaurants and coffee bars where you can relax with a beautiful sunset. Near Rovanjska there is a pearl of nature, the Paklenica National Park, where you can hike and enjoy untouched nature. The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people and has a view of the Adriatic Sea. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for the whole family and friends. The living room has a sofa and TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 5 spacious bedrooms with 2 double beds and 6 single beds. 4 rooms on the upper floor have an en suite bathroom with a shower, and there is another regular bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
As an additional feature, you can use a washing machine and an iron.
On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy the 45 m2 heated swimming pool, and there is an outdoor shower. You can also use 5 sun loungers. You can prepare traditional meals on the outdoor grill, while there is also an outdoor seating area on the terrace.
There is also a romantic jacuzzi.
The villa's yard is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.
If you want to bring your pets with you, you will be able to do so because Villa Serene is pet friendly. However, there is a fee (€20.00 per dog per day).
Younger groups are also allowed, but stag or hen parties are not allowed.
Beautiful Rovanjska is located in a bay at the very end of the Podvelebit Channel, not far from Zadar. The proximity of Velebit enriches this area with its parks, caves, promenades and cycling paths. The Modrič Cave is a speleological treasure at the foot of Velebit, and the church of St. George in the town itself is a pearl of ancient Croatian sacral architecture.
In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation ‘Greetings to the Sun’, and walk through the charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea.
