“This was our second stay here. Again it was 10/10! We can't wait to come back. The level of communication and service is fantastic. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The host responds quickly if there are any questions. Great location and beautiful views!!”

“Beautiful home. The house is decorated so well and has everything you need. The host was very responsive.”

“The house was fairly nice, although there is an extreme lack of maintenance on the house itself the yard is poorly kept and the dock outside to the lake is extremely dangerous and feels as if it’s going to collapse, the dining room table is very wobbly the chairs had screws coming out the fridge leaked water and the oven did not work in the living room there was very visible cockroaches. Upon arrival the house was left dirty the grill had dirty cigarette butts other then the lack of maintenance……

“Clean rooms. Host was responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Nice location. Loved we were able to bring our dog”

“Perfect for 1-2 people. I was on a week long trip in the Atlanta area and this was definitely a little oasis/break from the city. I was able to wash clothes and enjoy the pool on a hot Georgia summer day.”

“Great place”

“We had a wonderful stay at this lake house in Eatonton and are already looking forward to going back. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. One of the biggest selling points for us was the dock — since we brought our own boat, having direct water access right at the property made the whole trip so much more convenient and fun. It was clear the dock was well maintained and set up to actually be used, not just for show.Mark was a great host from……

“Photos do not represent the property. Property is older and in worse condition than photos show. There was no pool table or game room in the house although photos showed such. Dock and decks were in poor condition. We had rented the house for a fishing trip and it was extremely difficult to back boats into the driveway due to location.”

“The home was beautiful, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was quiet and peaceful, yet still conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and other essentials. The fishing was great, and we especially enjoyed the large outdoor space for relaxing, cooling off, and spending time together. The property was also very reasonably priced, making it an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in……

“This is a nice and comfortable lake cabin. Everything you need is there for you. Beach into the lake is perfectly situated in a nice cove so plenty of calm water. Nice place to chill with the family.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. We spent most of our time relaxing on the screened porch and enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making meal preparation easy and convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everyone slept great throughout our stay. Derek is an outstanding host—he responded to all of my questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here……
