Mountain house in Big canoe

Lovely home with lots of beds for a large family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Our visit was in June so leaves were on the trees and the mountains were not visible from the home. Easy accessibility to marina and beach club. We had a great time. A couple of things to note: one that the driveway is at a bottom of a hill. If there are cars in the neighbor’s driveway, you have to reverse up a hill to exit the home. Like anything, it gets easier with practice, but took maneuvering the first (or second) time! The other small negative is that the home came with a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, and garbage bags. We had to buy more during our stay. We also needed to supply soap for the bathrooms.

Family gathering

This house was a good location in close proximity to golf, the park, and marina. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend, and there was plenty of room for the 3 families to spread out.
