Es nuestro tercer año que nos alojamos allí,es como nuestra segunda casa,para los niños está fenomenal y todos los servicios están a mano, farmacia,bancos etc...lo único que son dos años los que la playa del arenal no la hemos dado uso por estar cerrado al baño por X motivos...nos teníamos que desplazar a otras playas...por lo demás todo muy bien, seguramente repetiremos Utensilios de cocina más actualizados,cafetera más grande y moderna ( se salía el agua y no caía bien el café al recipiente) sillas del patio rotas y peligrosas por el hierro de las patas

L emplacement de l appartement est a bonne distance de toutes les facilites, plage, supermarche, pharmacie et la piscine est belle et entretenue. C est un peu petit pour 3 personnes et il fait tres chaud sans clim et 1 seul ventilo. Par contre l urbanisation est tres bruyante, il y a un va et vient constant le jour et la nuit. Impossible de dormir. Pour le prix je ne recommande pas cet appartement.

Muy bien hubicado y las zonas comunes son super chulas sobre todo si vas con niños,no tiene peligro y ellos están como en la selva🤗 la limpieza buena y con cosas renovadas al año pasado como toldo en el patio,sombrilla nueva...yo llevo dos años consecutivos y seguramente haya un tercero El tema de la cocina como sartenes,cacerolas

Excelente apartamento en urbanización privada

Me gusta mucho la urbanización, la comodidad, limpieza y distribución del apartamento, amplitud de estancias, cocina perfectamente equipada... Jardín con acceso a piscina vigilada. Control del socorrista. Ubicación estupenda. Desde que no hay palmera el jardín es muy caluroso. La cisterna sigue goteando. Pondría mosquiteras en las ventanas o una ventana en la puerta de la habitación, como la nueva que hay en el salón, para que se puediera abrir tambien por arriba sin estar abierta entera. Y segunda cortina opaca para que no entre la luz en la habitación. Menos decoración de tiestos y flores artificiales, no es necesario recargarlo tanto... el apartamento ya es bonito de por sí. La entrada a las 16:00 y salida a las 10:00 me parecen descompensadas. Se debería poder entrar antes o salir más tarde.

Espacio bien aprovechado

Apartamento coqueto y bien aprovechado, el sofá cama es cómodo y estar a pie llano con la zona de piscina es muy cómodo con un bebé/niño de 2 años. Una lástima no disponer de la llave que da acceso a las zonas comunes sin pasar por el apartamento puesto que el regreso de la playa sería un poco más corto. Todo correcto.

Jávea apartment

The property is old and needs a complete update. The shower was disgusting ,it all needs ripping out and starting again, the washing machine is really old and needs to be changed, the outside terrace is in dire need of a refurb, there were no sun beds to relax on ,no sun umbrella . We would not return to this property.

Bien ubicada. El apartamento está muy bien con un porche y un jardín con acceso a la piscina

La habitación no dispone de cama de matrimonio y no son cómodas. No tiene artículos de aseo. Salvo por eso es un apartamento muy agradable ideal para pasar unos días en la playa
