Lots of potential but shame about the inaccuracies in information.
We booked this place because it stated that it had a heated pool. We paid all additional fees for heated pool in full well in advance as requested so they could have the pool ready for our visit. Unfortunately, they did not have it ready. They sent an engineer out on day 2 of our stay and pool was turned on and a photo was sent to us confirming it was 21 decrees in the pool. Given the average temperature at the time 21 degrees was no where near warm enough to enjoy the pool with a young family. On day 6 and our check out morning the temperature in the pool was 28 degrees which meant the it had been steadily rising over the period of the holiday despite the drop in average temperature in the last 2 days of the holiday. No one advised us on how it all worked or showed us the location of the temperature gauge despite repeated request for this to be done. We only discovered this by luck during check out. The lack of preparation for the pool and also lack of transparency and accurate information from the management meant that we did not enjoy the single most important feature of the villa that made us book this place. I would not recommend any company that provides inaccurate information or lack transparency in their communication with client after all trust is the basis on which all bookings are made.
