「We chose this house because it has a pool heater . We knew that in April a pool without heating is too cold . So that was wonderful . Aside from the pool , we enjoyed the roof terras with a wonderful view of the ocean . The beds were very clean and smelled fresh . The price is absolutely correct for this house . It’s well maintained and roomy and has a nice smart tv . The host is very responsive to all. Definitely would return and recommend .」

「Das Haus ist in keinem guten Zustand, ziemlich abgewohnt. Sah auf den Bildern viel besser aus. Auch der checkin Vorgang, man muss den Schlüssel im Ort abholen und bei Abreise wieder abgeben, ist nicht kundenfreundlich! Man könnte auch eine Schlüsselbox mit Code, direkt beim Haus, anbringen. Um den Pool waren die Fliesen total verdreckt und voller Flecken, nach Reklamation, kam zwar ein Reinigungstrupp, aber viel sauberer war’s danach auch nicht. 「Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette incroyable maison, grande, calme et bien équipée. Il est facile d'y cuisiner. L'équipement de la cuisine est efficace et permet de préparer facilement des repas même un peu élaborés. 「Property is very nice, transfer from Alicante with Vincent was quick and Victor met us and gave us keys. Short walk to big supermarket but this is shut on Sundays and bank holidays. Chinese buffet and very nice coffee/pizza restaurant neabye also spanish style restaurant. Short not very picturesque walk to a lovely beach with many restaurants. Shame there was no welcome pack of basics.」

「We enjoyed our stay but just a few points need to be made. The furniture in the lounge needs replacing as it is worn and not very comfortable. The kitchen has everything one would need but the oven needs upgrading as it is old and not in the best condition. That being said we would certainly book this house again.」

The walk takes about 10 minutes. The villa was ideal for us, and was well equipped for our needs. Everything in the villa is new and exceptionally clean so we felt really relaxed on arrival. 「Wij verbleven 2 weken in deze villa met prachtig uitzicht over het dal tot aan de zee. Achter de villa zicht op de top van de Montgo. Wij maakten gebruik van 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met moderne douches, de 3e slaapkamer en badkamer is apart bij te boeken. De 2 steile trappen die leiden naar de ingang van de villa zijn niet aan te raden voor een verblijf voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Het mooie zwembad, de goede uitrusting en het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het overdekte terras maakt dit...

「We loved the pictures and location of this home. We were traveling with our family to celebrate milestone birthdays, anniversaries and events. We chose Javea because my Scottish grandparents had retired here in the 1960' until late 70's. We kept this property a secret until we arrived. We wanted the family to be surprised and they certainly were!! From the drive to the address, catching glimpses of the sea, to the entry from the road....they were all excited and in awe of the beautiful...
