Lovely villa with plenty of space for large families. Lots of outside space and a great pool. Close to Xàbia beach.

Excellent house for a big group

The house is large and practical. Perfect to accommodate multiple familes (we were 5 families with 7 kids). Internet works, and the padel court is a nice touch.

Overpriced villa in need of some TLC

Price-wise, this villa is in the upper end and we booked it for a big family celebration, expecting to be top-end. It's pretty basic. Of the three fridges, two barely worked and one didn't work at all. The pool was full of too-much chlorine to keep it claan and it turned white clothes green as a result and the kids' eyes were all bloodshot. The fly traps didn't work and there were LOTS of flies. The cookers are in need of updating. Not all of the window blinds and fans worked. The bins are quiet a distance away and you have to walk there to dispose of all rubbish. The villa isn't great - it's in need of some investment and TLC. And at that price, we expected a lot, lot better.
