「I did not like it 」

「Hotel is very modern and clean. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful with storing my luggage whilst I went to perform Umrah. The room was very nice. Only negative I can say is that the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so when I would use the shower, there would be water on the floor. I had Iftar in the restaurant which was great and good value for money. 」

「Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for. 」

「Hotel conveniently located right beside Red Sea Mall but very dated and in bad state of repair. Old furniture, very tired carpets, leaking air conditioner etc. 」
