As a Canadian I stayed 5 nights and My experience was terrible. I don't recommend this to others. The night shift reciptionist ahmed was helpful and nice and the guy with blue eyes in day time was not bad the rest all experience was terrible. When i was asking for something very simple like toiletries which is included in booking they won't bring it or make me wait till next day. The hotel was not clean. Staff is terrible and have a very bad attitude with guests, they are looking up and down to guests every single time that feels very annoying specially when you have family with you. When i asked them for something they will react in a very bad attitude. I stayed in different hotels in jeddah but this was the worst experience. I stayed 5 days but from the first day i wanted to cancel but expedia would charge me extra so i didn't and i paid all money in advance. Strongly disappointed from this entire experience and hotel. They included in description city view and their was nothing from the window but garbage that i will include the picture!

Unprofessionelles personal ( Empfang und Küche). Duschkabine undicht. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, Kaffee muss man kaufen . Hygienisch ist es auch nicht so gut, man bekommt einen Omlett von einem Mitarbeiter gekocht der in der Küche nichts zu suchen hat! Seine Fingernägel sind einfach ekelhaft!
