「Excellent hotel. Service was top notch, Room service brilliant cleaned room everyday. Only downside is the lifts. Which can be a pain in the backside, on occasions having to wait almost 5 minutes. Very close to haraam Would not hesitate to book again in the future.」

「Staff was super helpful at the Voco hotel. I was late for my check-in due to delayed flight and was only staying a few hours before my departure, staff ensured that I have a room for that time and I was able to prepare myself in comfort in the room before my Umrah. Shuttle buses are helpful to take people to and from the Haram.」
