Great hotel. Helpful staff. Good location and around 10mins through the underground passage under Anjum Hotel. There is an incline when walking to the masjid.

nice clean rooms with house keeper coming to clean the room everyday and stocking up room with essentials ( toothpaste, shampoo, and toilet paper) reception was also very nice and helpfull too

Good value, clean and comfortable within a 10 minute to the Haram though it is at the top of a steep hill and so not good for the elderly.

I like how the staff clean the room everyday. They should check the cooler fridge seems its not working and some of the food we put were wasted . Overall our stay is good Alhamdulillah . 10-15 mins walk to haram . Much easier if you go through anjum hotel in their underground escalator straight away to haram.

Nice spacious rooms with amenities. I wish the bathroom was well built. The water wasn't draining properly. I see people walking to Haram from the location.Good breakfast, front desk wasn't able to accommodate early check in that cost me another SAR 200 booking a room at the adjacent hotel. Overall great stay.

Lovely place. A short walk to Harram, under 10minutes walk, you are in The Holy Mosque. Very clean and beautiful room with the beautiful view of Harram from the hotel room. Will definitely recommend and use again
