「Me and my husband stayed in the Hilton suites hotel for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the welcome greetings of the front desk to the great service of the house keeping to the breakfast buffet and their nice staff and the restaurant staff and I don’t want to forget the amazing view of the hotel seeing the masjid Al Haram
Everything was great and I will definitely plan to visit again soon.

「The reception staff are rude and not accommodating unless you are a native arab. Food is terrible, luke warm and most things are very watery. A lot of stale food in the evening buffet. Poor quality breakfast items. Soft drinks not included. The hotel location is good but please note you cannot enter haram from the main reception. There are many better options for a hotel is totally not worth the money.」
「It was great location wise, breakfast buffet was high quality with great variety and overall clean but the service was too slow i.e everytime we asked for ice it didnt come for over an hr. Overall anytime we had to ask for something it took them a long time to deliver. But still definitely recommend for other reasons like good standard maintained and really close to Kabbah.」
