「We were not accomodated into the original hotel we paid for but instead took us to a very horrible one. The room was meant for 4 people but they lumped us inside it for 5 people. One of the bed was broken but the hotel didn’t replace it despite several requests. The washroom was tiny and the showers cubicle could barely accommodate one person. 」

「was an overall really nice stay! both rooms in the suite were spacious and clean and had a good view from the window. Had a fridge and cooking area including a stove and oven which made it convenient to cook if you weren’t feeling a takeaway. Very good customer service also.」

「The rooms are so tight, there's no space for luggage or to even eat properly and comfortably. It's pricey for the quality you receive here. If this hotel was next to the Haram, sure, I'd take it, but the quality is not at all worth the hassle esp being so far from the Haram. Invest into a closer hotel is what I'd do given the chance again.」

The front desk informed me that the reserved hotel was a different hotel, with a different name, different address, and different map location. They provided me the website, which did not work. They provided me a phone number, which did not ring. Because of the tight schedule, I could not afford to lose an hour or more looking for this alleged other hotel, so I took a loss and booked a room in the hotel I was standing...
