the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone.

Hilton Suite is our favorite hotel to stay in Mecca. The staff is super nice and so hospitable. We had an accessible two bedroom suite for my mother needing wheel chair. The staff was so helpful especially Hassan. We had Buffet package which I highly recommend. The Cafetaria manager Mr. Rajab is so courteous and kind and made sure his team would serve food for my mom on her table as she was on wheelchair. He truly was taking care of all elderly and all families. Highly highly recommend
