“Just about the whole park was closed and the outdoor parks were only open on the weekend. It’s a waste of money to go while they are under renovation ”

“The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in early which was great. This hotel has a lounge area that we took advantage of in the evening and the bartender, Lily was very friendly and efficient. Overall l highly recommend this hotel for friendly service, very clean rooms and comfy beds. Lovely place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!”

“When we arrived in our room it had a bad odor. While I do know this room was only $70 I did not expect there to be this many problems. The blinds did not wrap around the window so people in the parking lot could see you. The sheets were torn and we had to get new ones. The over head sprinkler was leaking and they had paper towel shoved in there to absorb the water. The shower head was leaking. And the shower curtain wasnt long enough so all the water was going out of the shower flooding the……

“The staff was real helpful. The phone wasn't working in our room. Someone came and fixed it right away. If you are a coffee drinker, beware there is only a small one cup pot in the room. No problem with parking, there was plenty. The food was ok, we ate there a couple of days, but then we started going across the road from us from to the waffle house. We would stay there again, if in the area.”
