“The staff was very courteous, the room and entire property was clean, and the breakfast was great. The reason for the lower rating is because this was listed as a hotel when it is a motel, and the have the absolute cheapest mattresses that you can buy”

“Additional charge for two very small yorkies was too high, $140 for two nights. Also, The floor of the room should be wet mopped between customers, as our feet became dirty if we walked barefoot in the room even from the bathroom to the bed. ”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does……

“I was placed in room 122. Upon pulling around to park, immediately saw the blue tarp and said , yep thats where we'll be. Sure enough it was for the bedroom. The first night, we got almost no sleep from all the outside news of traffic and loud revving cars combined with guests talking out by their cars. I went in living room area and it was much quieter so it was due to some insulation issues with the window there from the apparent fire that had occurred by looking at the siding at the top……
