"After driving 12 hours was told place had not been cleaned and asked us to leave and come back. Check-in process did not go smoothly, property owner not sure how process works. Location is beautiful and property is as described. "

"We came for a Red Rocks concert but stayed longer for hiking in RMNP. The place worked great for both. And Golden is the sweetest city. Added bonus, the walk to downtown Golden took us past many interesting things (ex the Sherpa House) we would have missed otherwise. "
