“Clean house and great location! We loved spending time on the deck and yard.”

“OUTSTANDING property- location- price-amenities. Yes this is a basement of someone's home, however it is very charming with LOTS of space. For a Hotel prices you get a large bed room, living room area, kitchenet, large walk in closet, very large bathroom with amazing shower and spa tub, a washer and dryer, hot tub in the backyard, fire pit, patio, and the list goes on. The king size bed was very comfortable great nights sleep. The shower is large with 2 large shower heads and 2 small ones as……

“This place was spotlessly clean and very convenient for a concert at Red Rocks. Beds were super comfy and plenty of towels provided. Check in was a breeze with the lock box on the front door, Communication with the host was great! We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“When we arrived it looked like it had been vacant for some time. The yard and sidewalk were full of weeds that were well over a foot tall. Then, when we went inside the AC had not been running so it was very warm inside. (It was July and was in the 90s at this time.) We immediately turned on the AC and all the fans. In less than an hour the breaker tripped and the AC went out. My husband fixed it and the AC came on again. I did let the host know. We left for dinner and when we came back the AC……

“Great location for access to Red Rocks as well as mountain fun. Loved being able to walk into the small town and eat. Also a very short drive to Evergreen which is full of good restaurants and outdoor activities such as a beautiful lake with Elk and a great walking trail around it. Host was very nice and informative. We stay at a lot of places in that general area and this was definitely in the top 5.”

“The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.”

“This place was awesome! The host Randy was very nice and gave us local tips on places to go and parking etc. the tent was beautiful, nice patio area, felt private, set up of tent was visually pleasing and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. My only tip is to bring ear plugs as the neighbor next door has a rooster that is off its rocker and loud most of the night. With earplugs was able to sleep better. If you are a light sleeper definitely consider this. Would definitely stay here again.……
