「Great location for our visit with adult grandkids」

「It was a bit nostalgic. It made me think of places we might stay on road trips with my parents when I was a kid.The location was great for activities we had planned. No long drives.」

「We were in Colorado for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The host Brenna was super responsive and the home was as described and pictured and was within 45 minutes of so many wonderful places to visit. If you have a large group to accommodate in or around the Arvada area, this is the place for you!」

「We had a great stay for a fair price. Property was clean and ready to go. Manager communicated timely. Check in was a fairly tedious process uploading ID and CC to verification site. Probably necessary now days but not exactly my favorite thing to do and different from other rentals I’ve used. 」

「This place was a little slice of paradise. We would’ve been happy to stay much longer, but it was a perfect landing spot for the night after a Red Rocks show. The view was possibly even more gorgeous than the listing shows, and the apartment itself was very clean and charming. I hope to return here if I have lots of writing to do and want to retreat into the wilderness.」

「This location is exactly as described. It was extremely clean and the owners checked in enough to make us feel comfortable but not too much. The hot tub on the roof was a really fun feature. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you could possibly think of, from multiple coffee machine options to a crock pot. We felt safe and the property was walkable to cute downtown Golden. Additionally you can walk to the grocery store for your food needs. The only "issue" we had was the road noise was...

「Stay was perfectly awesome I loved the first air bnb j ever stayed at!I stayed in Denver for Red Rocks Colorado to see Black Tiger Sex Machine and threw it down a little too hard and tweaked my back unfortunately.Communication with the homeowner was excellent, i informed her of my recent injury being unable to bend to the floor to clean up properly. 「The home was modern, clean, and well maintained. We had excellent communication with the property manager. The neighborhood was lovely with a park near by. The backyard was beautiful with a pool and hot tub. We wound definitely stay again again!」
