I don't understand the Korean language at all, and here is my impression: Pros: 1. Very roomy hotel rooms even for standard type, queen size bed, patio, and a very spacious bathroom 2. Indoor huge swimming pool open all year round(but closes early at 7pm) 3. Indoor natural hot springs spa(quite rare in Jeju, I think), and open very early at 7am / close around 9pm 4. Free parking for self-drive guests(I think there's no public transports to get there except taxi) 5. Staff can communicate...

Overall, it was a pleasant stay at WE. The staffs were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was fine, but dinner was a bit disappointing. Wish they could improved the food quality at the restaurant. Also, the indoor swimming pool temperature was not warm enough. I saw the same comment in the reviews before my visit too. But obviously the hotel still didn’t pay attention at that. This improvement is necessary and important, especially for anyone who considers to stay at WE in Winter...
