“This property is lovely. Melanie takes great care of the place and she will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Super clean, cozy beds/blankets, and just everything you’d ever need. Melanie is super accommodating and is big on hospitality. We loved our stay in Clintwood, & we can’t wait to come back and stay :)”

“We had a great stay. We had planes to stay in the house but it still had damage from the flood so the owner was a great person and put us in a hotel with joint rooms for the weekend. She was very nice and helped with any questions we had.”

The only true downside to the property is the parking and location to stores and restaurants, but if you are familiar with the area, like us, then you already know what to expect. We very much appreciated that there is a decent place to stay in that area of Kentucky!”
