「Room was very clean and the staff very good the greeted us with a smile every time we came in. And they welcomed my pet and said hello every time they saw her. I’m from MI. And people aren’t always friendly. Va. Is. Everybody is friendly I enjoyed my stay very much. 」

「The condition of the property’s parking lot was extremely disappointing. It appears to be undergoing construction, but there is no clear organization or guidance on where to park. Even the designated IHG member spaces were chaotic and difficult to access. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge me—despite the clear sound of me saying “excuse me.” The front desk associate was visibly occupied watching something on her phone in the back room. 「The exterior looks borderline terrible, but the room was in good condition. The staff was clearly the best part of my stay by a long shot. They were helpful and very accommodating. Went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. 」

「Convenient and affordable. Great experience and value when you consider the cost. It was a fraction of the price of any of the hotels in the area and it served as a great place to shower and rest on a work trip. Water was hot, fridge was cold. Don’t expect anything fancy and you won’t be disappointed. The ladies in the office were also super friendly.」
