Great location, but beware that not all rooms are created equal

I booked this room that it shows in the pictures. The day of my arrival I was told that I had been upgraded to an oceanfront room. This was great...I thought...It was in fact an oceanfront room...However the amenities that are shown in the pictures were not what I found in my room. My TV was now an old small box style TV in the living room...and 1990's décor. We stayed in the room as the view was better. That afternoon I discovered a moldy shower, so strange as the rest of the room was very clean. I also had to request several more towels and washcloths, as I was only provided 2 towels. The hot water went out one morning, and the internet connection is extremely poor. The location is perfect...Shuckers has great food, and the beach is lovely. Staff did all they could to help, so I cannot complain about that. Just be careful if you decide to book that you get what you expect.

Great Location! Food Great at the Restaurant!

Our Family loved the location and friendly staff! They got us additional towel, blankets and pillows for our kids! Food was Great with a wonderful view of the ocean! Warm pool, and it was big. the kids went swimming every evening! I wish we would of got the condo with ocean view instead of sunset view. Defiantly will next time!!
