- Perfect beachfront getaway. Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean in the mornings and sunset over the Intracoastal in the evenings from your windows. Watch the stars over the ocean from the balcony of this 7th floor unit (ask us about telescope!). Our condo is completely renovated, has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated modern bathrooms, marble flooring, new furniture and appliances. Enjoy the crisp, sunny atmosphere of this beachfront retreat. Located in a very friendly small gated community on the beautiful Hutchinson Island with clear beaches and relaxed old Florida lifestyle. There are a few very charming restaurants on the island and more in reasonable driving distance. Guest access to ocean beach, heated pool, pool house, gym, plenty of parking space. Washer and dryer in the unit. Changing height computer desk and monitor in the unit.
HOA approval is required at least 30 days before check in date.
Discount for 65+ nights is available.

Marvelous March!
Near perfect weather certainly didn’t hurt, but we spent a lovely March at Anna’s condo. Ocean and intracoastal views are spectacular. The appearance of the condo is as pictured in the listing. The condo is very clean, well organized and well equipped. Appliances are new and there is an abundance of linens and towels. Anna has pretty much thought of everything needed for a pleasant stay!

Good Choice
The property met all our expectations, great views, good location, secure, well equipped, quiet and clean. Only recommendation, provide more written information/instructions on on how to use TV's, dishwasher, etc. We would consider a return stay.

Love Hutchinson Island South
The view was fantastic, good location, a little isolated, quiet, great beach, nice pool and facilities. Great people, very friendly. Condo had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay, but always to short.

Awesome view
This is a beautiful condo- the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. The view from the condo is awesome! The beach is isolated even during spring break. Totally recommend this condo for anyone wanting solitude on their beach vacation.

Great Vacation
Spent a month at Dunes Walk #721 and it was just wonderful.
No kids (teenagers), no crowds, great people. Definitely a place for middle age and up.
A little isolated which makes it like a private beach.
Great, large, heated pool.
Some of this may change in the "high" season but fantastic in late October and first half of November.

Beautiful kitchen and baths!
The modernizations are nice! The owners are very easy to communicate with. No problem with the management and other residents were all very nice. Great location, nice views! Love Hutchinson Island.

The Condo was in painting
The second bedroom does not accommodate 3 people in comfort.
The managers of the condominium are not friendly.
Other than that the apartment is very nice and the view is wonderful.
