Enjoy fishing right out your back door and cooking up that fresh catch in the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with large TV and queen size pull out sofa with super comfy mattress for guest. Enjoy entertaining & sunset happy hours on the spacious patio on the water with amazing views and a great breeze!

Venture Three is located on the beautiful Hutchinson Island, across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. Venture has a beautiful private beach access area. Many activities are offered such as tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, volleyball & pickle ball just to name a few. A large heated swimming pool to enjoy all year round, an onsite marina with a boat launch ramp and a charming clubhouse that hosts pot luck dinners, dances and several social events! Come enjoy your next vacation relaxing on sandy beaches under beautiful blue skies in paradise!
