"Room very hot and air conditioning is only working in the morning for a very short time on hot! This in April. The cold function is somehow turned of centrally. On questioning this at reception ( friendly) I was told it was not working on cold as April is cold for local people. When I remarked this was an international hotel. I was bluntly told :" This is Spain, do as the locals" "

"It's a great choice for visiting Ronda....... It is right al PuentNuevo............ The most valuable asset is at the reception is PACO.........at the front desk.....great person.....helpful and again a great asset to the Hotel."

"Good beach view, location, and great shower! It was a nice 40 minute coastal walk to old town. However, there is zero ambience in the hotel itself and staff was very unhelpful. Weird configuration of rooms with a bathtub in the middle of room and no separation/wall between bathroom and rest of room - no privacy at all if you are sharing the room. "
