"Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience at all. Wont go back. They don’t care."
