“Friendly staff. Taylor parking is available large parking lot behind the building. Very easy for trailer access. Has cameras. Breakfast was slim pickings very disappointing.”

“Wasn’t told by anyone that pool was out of order until we got there. The TV in the room was messed up and could only get a few channels and young attendant at desk said so he didn’t know how to use the remote, but she did change up the battery for it. another attendant later told us that somehow the channels got scrambled.but he did help us go watch an MLB baseball game since the lobby TV was working. The breakfast waffles tasted bad.”

“I am leaving a one star review because this property charges a nightly amenities fee that is a separate charge from the room rate. According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. When I complained to Holiday Inn, they sent me the number for Expedia. When I called Expedia, they told me there was nothing they could do and after speaking to the hotel staff further it also covers the……

“It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”

“Walked in to a fight in the lobby, with cops called. Person checking in before us was given a key, and checked into someone else’s room. Wouldn’t go back if it was free!”

“The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP……

“I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above……

“Loved our stay as the location was convenient to the Rail Trail along the river. Also an easy drive to the STL Arch and away from the hustle of the city. Anna was particularly interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Her professional and attentive manner was a delight. She genuinely seemed to care about our satisfaction and comfort. “The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.”
