“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing.
A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room.
Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point.
I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.
The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken.

“The suite itself was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were several practical issues that affected our overall experience.
Firstly, the car park was not located on-site. While the parking address was included in a separate email, this important detail was not clearly highlighted during booking. As a result, it was easy to overlook, and we only realised upon arrival that the parking was off-site. In addition, once parked, we were unable to drive in……Shuk Hing

“第一間入住的房間不乾淨，插座壞，檯燈壞，椅子上都是屑，房間一股怪味。後來反應換了房間，好很多，但是桌上服務電話是壞的想問WiFi 密碼要特別google響很久才會接。 停車格很擠適合小車人士。位置好，旁邊就是輕軌，沙灘，Luna park. 衛浴設備乾淨，舒適。”

“The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.”Florence
