「客房里卫生做的很好，宽敞布局合理，床褥舒适易入眠」

「Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening. It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. 」

「Awesome thank you. Lovely breakfast and beautiful views」

「From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

「酒店员工很好，服务态度不错，因为马拉松酒店十点半还可以吃早餐」

「展期前往 搭車前往機場跟西湖方便 門口大堂設置的禁止吸菸好看用的」

「The credit point that I offered just in few minutes ago is opposite; the credit ranking here is correct this time. However, the comment about my staying experience is real based on my recent stays in end-July 2013; this is not a right hotel to stay for business travelers.」

「It was quite difficult finding this hotel. Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and large which I liked very much. It was close to the mall below with lots of options for just about everything you need.」
