Opposite interstate bus station. Hotel is well kept. Reception is cautious and cooperative. Arrived early and very tired. They accommodate by allowing earlier check in time by 1 hour. Spa bath tub is big, water temperature and pressure can be regulated to suit our comfort. The roof top night scene with Taiwan snacks entertained by local folk music are present surprise.

Good view!

This hotel is right by the Bus Transfer Center so its ver convenience for those using public transportation. The view from the room is spectacular! You can see the plain and look out to the island. They offer delicious night snack for guests at the rooftop from 9-10:30 pm. That was an awesome surprise for us! However, the only thing I have concerns was the pool and hot springs were closed during day time and that was not communicated well with us.

バスターミナル目の前！

2泊しました。大浴場に惹かれてこのホテルを選びました。広々とした露天で気持ち良かったです。閑散期だからか内風呂にはお湯がはられておらず露天のみ。2日目はなぜか異様に温い温度設定でした。お部屋は角部屋の4人部屋（2人で利用）だったのでベットがダブルで悠々と過ごせました。朝食は隣の施設で。味はいまいちでした。

優點：(1) 可以遠眺龜山島的房間，風景很棒！(2) 房間內就有溫泉水，方便！ 缺點：(1) 隔音不太好，飯店緊臨鐵路，除了半夜無火車的時間外，只要火車經過都會聽到聲響；另外在電梯旁的房間會聽到電梯運轉的聲音。(2) 休旅車無法停進飯店的機械式停車場，必須停到馬路對面轉運站旁的露天停車場，假日時車潮很大，過馬路令人提心吊膽

酒店房間不大，該有的都有，巴士總站就在對面，買東西走到離大街要十多分鐘，有段距離，整體感覺尚可。有溫泉魚可是要附費用。溫泉Sap水療免費使用。大眾湯，裸湯都可免費使用。

飯店的溫泉魚很有趣值得一試! 餐廳的鹽烤溫泉鯛好吃又好玩 要提早預訂. 裸湯的水可以再熱一些.

位置離鬧區近，高樓層面對鐵道可以看到一覽無遺的蘭陽平原。室內可泡溫泉，也可以到一樓有溫水SPA池和裸湯。服務人員態度親切。房內設備一般但很乾淨，有一點小在意就是電視可選台數好像不是很多。整體CP值高。

真的被櫃檯服務人員氣到。直接拿訂購單截圖給服務人員看，這訂單編號他們說查不到，又訊問是否香港護照訂的，一個訂單反覆問我們是否三個訂單，又告知我們這個單號他們無法核對，請問我該拿什麼給他們看，還講出不然退費跟我們就好，既然可以退費那為什麼查不到，講到最後明明用訂房大名就看的到！到現在還是不知道哪個環節出問題，服務人員還說是我們訂房的問題。應該hotel.com要跟飯店有個確切的流程才對

離客運站很方便

想浸溫泉的朋友可以在房內，也可以在飯店內。整間酒店也不錯。自助早餐也ok, 食物不大醎。離礁溪火車站也有十至十五分鐘路程。如在轉運站下車，走過對面便是了。
