「Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown...

「The pictures and online descriptions are accurate. This unit is immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern decor. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable as well as the other furniture pieces. The kitchen is well stocked, and full of extra special touches that we really appreciated like a few water bottles, a small snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, and a variety of teas. The owners go above and beyond to asure your stay is a great one! We plan to return in the future.」

「The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.」

「What a great little place. Very quaint and cozy!!! The host went all out with little extras for the bathroom, extra blankets, extra pillows, full kitchen setup and more. Highly recommend and will stay there again when in town!!」

「The Acorn cottage is a cute (very small) space that has everything one or two people would need for a short getaway. It’s clean and comfortable and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a nice place to sit and relax. It’s close to great food and fun in Tarpon Springs and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The only downside is that it’s located next to city hall and there is currently construction going on at city hall so it’s noisy on weekdays, but that’s not a problem if you don’t...

Despite these minor issues, the place provided a comfortable and affordable stay with the added benefit of privacy in a central location for our event.」

「The only complaint we have is that there were cracked plastic glasses In the cabinet and we could not use them.I would replace all the plastic glasses they’re old and need to go! Plus 1 more toilet paper would have been nice,my husband did go to the office for it! I think there always s/be 2.」

「We called about parking with a boat, was told not a problem. We had to disconnect from the boat, no true boat parking. My daughter brought her boat. The girl at the desk didn’t understand what I was saying. Only large parking was used by cars no true room for bringing a boat」
