"A lovely place to stay in New Port Richey. A quiet location with being only a block from Main Street. Wonderful front porch to relax. We were fortunate to be staying there with the full moon and lunar eclipse We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the Bloody Mary at the Get Hooked Riverside. Fitzgeralds is a nice place to meet the locals."

"This house was perfect for our group of three ladies. There was plenty of room, had everything we needed and was very clean.The location was great - quiet residential area and close to everything. The hosts were awesome. Would definitely stay there again."

"One of the worst hotels ive been to. Checked in and immediately turned around and left. Was absolutely disgusting, smelled like an ash tray and was very dirty. Was very run down. Looked like a by the hour hotel. Bed sheets were not changed, mold on the walls, hairs in the bed. I would rather sleep in my car. The room we refused was given to someone else less than 10 minutes later. We saw them go in the room from the parking lot as we hadn't even left yet. "

"The entire house was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were so nice and felt luxurious. The house was so well thought out. Decorated beautifully and so many details like makeup cloths, many toiletries and towels, fully stocked kitchen and spices - even raw honey, fishing poles they added for us, all the beach equipment, and even a beach bag. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and fresh - no air fresheners which was so nice. It is a well cared for home! We loved the comfort of this home and being on the canal made it even better. We saw ducks, fish jumping, crab, and turtles. Tried some fishing but I think we needed different bait.We went to honeymoon beach state park twice. It is a longer drive but we enjoyed it more than Fred Howard Park Beach. Once we went to Caladesi Island which was very secluded and found sand dollars. We saw dolphins on the ferry ride out which was so exciting! We also went to Oasis beach and found a perfect spot. North beach had a lot of seaweed but the spot we found was clear water and had that beautiful blue/ green hue. Rusty Bellies was delicious fresh seafood and hushpuppies with a nice atmosphere. We had a wonderful trip!! Mark and Andressa were very responsive hosts. They responded to any questions in minutes and were so helpful! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Everything was as described, very nice place to stay, roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen could be more stocked with pans, like a 9x 13 pan would be super helpful and soap, shampoo & conditioner for the bathrooms would be appreciated. Instructions for the shower faucet since its not the normal kind (very old and has a 3rd valve) and for the tv would be super helpful too. Plenty of outside seating as well with fenced in area in the back. We would stay there again"

"The host was excellent with communications. The house was clean and the location was good. The pool looks full size in picture but is a personal size pool. The appliances need updated."
